Failure *not* caused by "tin whiskers"?

The NASA web page at http://nepp.nasa.gov/whisker/failures/ states that the Galaxy IV failure was explicitly *not* due to tin whiskers. This seems to contradict the cited reference. Comments? 86.7.30.217 (talk) 20:54, 12 May 2012 (UTC)

On closer examination, the NASA page states that the primary systems did not fail due to tin whiskers, but the backup system did. 86.7.30.217 (talk) 13:17, 18 June 2012 (UTC)
