Antisemitism?[edit]

Fresh and Fit have embraced and voiced antisemitic language and conspiracy theories, such as Holocaust denial.[1] Fresh and Fit have also platformed known antisemites and white nationalists, such as Sneako and Nick Fuentes.[2][3] In 2023, Myron Gaines, co-hosting a live show with Sneako, made several Nazi salutes, including one wearing a Ku Klux Klan like hood.[2][4] Later in 2023, Myron Gaines on an episode of Fresh and Fit with Holocaust denier Fuentes, “Praised Adolf Hitler, and bragged about having the courage to discuss “JQ,” or “the Jewish question.”[3][1] During the same episode, Gaines wore a black hat and beard and said, “Anyone need a loan – high interest rates, I’ll hook y’all up.” [5][6]The episode has since been removed, but clips of the episode can be found on YouTube and Twitter.Cite error: The opening <ref> tag is malformed or has a bad name (see the help page).[7]

In January 2024, Gaines praised the antisemitic neo-Nazi propaganda (WP:OR) film Europa: The Last Battle - tweeting, “EUROPA IS THE MOST BASED DOCUMENTARY.”[8] On an episode of the H3 Podcast, when asked how many Jews died in The Holocaust, Gaines said, “The number has changed many times” and “We don’t know exactly,” despite the fact that the Holocaust is the most documented event in human history and the German Politische Abteilung and administrative department set up by the Schutzstaffel kept detailed records of concentration camp prisoners. (WP:OR)

In March of 2024, Gaines hosted Candace Owens and discussed her departure from The Daily Wire, Gaines and staff made cash register effects when discussing Ben Shapiro's Israeli wife. Gaines, has made a cash register effects when disccusing Jewish people on other streams, including while dressing as Hasid.[9][10]

Talk Section

"Removed template and section due to WP:UNDUE and WP:BIAS. The vast majority of their videos are about self-improvement, finances, dating, etc, and not about this subject."

Just because their show is mostly about misogyny and self-improvement, does not absolve or remove the fact the hosts have routinely and continue to engaged in antisemitic behavior on the show. They have been demonetized because of it. Even with demonization they continue to engage in antisemitic behavior, both on the show and on twitter. The host clearly has issues with the Jewish community and should be it's own section.

User:GhostOfKepler Please add your thoughts to the talk section. Rock & roll is not dead (talk)

Remove. Fresh and Fit Podcast, hosted by Myron Gaines and Walter Weekes, seems to be an open-air podcast where guests carry their own opinions onto the show. This in of itself does not directly relate to the podcast itself but to its accompanying guests and so additions could be made to their biographies. For example, an interview with Nick Fuentes, a supposed white supremest brought his own views to the podcast.
Out of the plethora of works you had cited, most of them do not even mention Fresh and Fit Podcast by name and/or its hosts but rather the beliefs of those mentioned (all of whom so happened to appear as a guest in some point in time on the podcast). While others can be reduced to live comedic improv some of which did not occur on the Fresh and Fit Podcast. In one instance, Gaines is a guest on somebody else’s Rumble channel. Stay on the topic of the article.
What I have been able to extract from your works cited that were on the topic of the Fresh and Fit Podcast and/or its hosts based on the following topics discussed are the following:
Gaines regarding Hitler:
“Though he did things that were morally incorrect, he definitely did a bunch of things correct for his country. That’s a fact.”

[1]

Gaines regarding the Jewish Question:
Gaines: “We’re the biggest platform that’s talking about the JQ. No one else will do it.”
Gaines: "When there’s photos of the Nazis burning books, it’s books on homosexuality and transgenderism."

[2]

Gaines in regards to wearing controversial outfits of other cultures and/or historical figures with accompanying gestures, slurs, sound-effects etc:
“I make fun of everybody. I have hats for every single race and every single religion. Most of the time I make fun of myself” [..] “I am not anti-anything. I hate everyone equally.” (His side laughs)
Gaines regarding the film Europa: “It is based. Is it entirely accurate? No.” [..] “It is accurate about a lot of things.” “I am not a Jew-hater whatsoever”. (Mentioned twice) “We have a lot of friends who are Jews, business partners who are Jews, we work with Jews, we do not have issues with Jews whatsoever.” “The reason why I called [Europa] based is because it covers a lot of facts that are hidden from American [history].”
Gaines regarding number of deaths of Jews totaling to 6M in the Holocaust:
Gaines: “[The number] has changed a bunch of times [..] “We don’t know".
Gaines regarding bringing Nick Fuentes onto the show:
“[Ian] you do realize that two days later we brought Dave Rubin on [the show] right?” “He is a Zionist and that’s fine but we like to bring on people with different thought processes and different opinions ok? So just because we brought Nick on…we bring on people with different perspectives.” We open up our platform for Jews all the time, so nice try.” “We are on a podcast right now and you’re Jewish, come on man!”
Note: Ian, the interviewer of H3 Postcast also mentioned if it were appropriate for him to say the n-word being that he isn’t black, while admitting that he has used it in his videos somewhere and “had racist behavior for sure” while trying to establish a racist connection to Gaines’ skits regarding Jewish people, which Gaines goes on to clarify that “he makes fun of everybody” as per the above etc.

[3]

Gaines regarding Jewish-American podcaster Joe Rogan:
"I'm a fan of Joe Rogan; I like Joe Rogan he inspired a lot of things that I do but I wish that they went and had these tough talks about American foreign policy when it comes to the betterment of Israel at the detriment of the United States".

[4]

Gaines regarding male youth: "What you guys want to do is just focus on becoming better, getting in the gym, exercising … having productive habits.”

[5]

Gaines regarding channel demonetization: "That’s unfortunately the risk you take when you make the kind of content that we do."

[6]

As per GhostOfKepler, I agree with WP:UNDUE. This claim is also WP:TRIVIAL at best. It is also a WP:RUMOUR, which can lead to WP:BIAS all the while the cost-host (Gaines) adamantly expresses and confirm that he is not against Jews in any sense but isn’t shy about displaying what he more or less deems as to whom-to-make-fun-of-next on the show and should not have an entire section dedicated towards the topic. Thank you User:GhostOfKepler @GhostOfKepler: for replying, I appreciate the response and your take on proposed section:

I agree that because some of the “additions could be made to their biographies” and that additions, should “Stay on the topic of the article” so a single Antisemitism section is not warranted. However, I still believe that that the hosts are Antisemitic (I’m not saying you believe hosts are not Antisemitic). I think there should possibly be a section outside of the “Opinions” and Background section that at least addresses Misogyny, Antisemitism, hate speech, etc. But, I would like to address a few things in your analysis.

The referenced antisemitic statement of Myron saying, “We’re the biggest platform that’s talking about the JQ. No one else will do it,” while having on a known antisemitic person looks like Antisemitism. No? What is Wikipedia’s standard?

Also, I did see you left out the referenced few lines for discussion:

“During the same episode, Gaines dressed as dressing Gaines wore a black hat and beard as Hasid said, “Anyone need a loan – high interest rates, I’ll hook y’all up.” The episode has since been removed, but clips of the episode can be found on YouTube and Twitter.”

I think I made mistake there, it was a separate episode, not the same one (they had Fuentes on three times).

But, the referenced statement, of giving “high interest loans,” while dressing Hasid looks ans sounds like Antisemitism and Economic antisemitism. No? What is Wikipedia’s standard?

As to what Myron says about the Europa: The Last Battle doc and that it “covers a lot of facts that are hidden from American [History].” There’s nothing hidden. For clarification, the full tweet should have been mentioned, Myron was also retweeting a Jake Shields Antisemitic tweet.

Side note, I wouldn’t call, Nick Fuentes “supposed” White Supremist (not that your trying to minimize who he is), on that same episode of Fresh and Fit (Fuentes couldn’t help himself), said he doesn’t like “race mixing.” I am not sure what the wiki standards are for “is” or “supposed”? His wiki page Nick Fuentes seems to settle on “Far Right” a more encompassing/boarder term as used on Fresh and Fit page.

I don’t think that Gains saying he likes Joe Rogan, had on Dave Rubin, or that Gaines wearing a Viking hat once makes his behavior any less antisemitic. I see a pattern and continued behavior by the hosts of the show, like Holocaust Denial, Jewish Question, Economic antisemitism, Calling Europa based, etc. I certainly wouldn’t call the subject matter discussed here a WP:RUMOUR or WP:TRIVIAL as Savvyjack23 suggests, it’s well documented. At the very least (as stated earlier) there should be a section separately that addresses Misogyny, Antisemitism, hate speech, etc. statements that the hosts have made, it’s a pretty big portion of the podcast.
