American 12" on CD -- anybody out there?[edit]

I don't know if anyone is tracking this article, but I just bought a CD called "Shake It Up - Extended Mixes" on the JCI label from 1993 (JCD-2717) that has a remix of this song that clocks in at 9:54. Seems to me that it would be the "Original Underground Mix" that appeared on the U.S. 12" single. Granted, the other mixes on that platter may not have been released on CD, and this is a third-party compilation CD (although a perfectly legit retail release), but its existence seems to nullify the sentence "The American 12-inch single was never released on compact disc.", or at least calls for a bit of clarification.

I'll let this post sit until I have time to come back to the article, and if there are no objections and no one can prove I'm mistaken, I'll go ahead with an edit.
