This brief article is very confused. The 7th Earl of Athlone lived from 1773 to 1823, and married Henrietta Dorothea Maria Hope. He didn't marry more than once; he didn't marry the "Miss Munter" or the "Miss Eden" claimed in the article. His wife survived him and married again. But the article does get the date he inherited the title correct. - Nunh-huh 10:23, 19 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Mary Eden daughter of the 4th Bt Sir John Eden seems in fact to have married the 6th (SIXTH) Earl of Athlone. The SIXTH earl also married Cornelia Munter. So it seems as though someone has confused the sixth and seventh earls. I will fix it by making this article the article for the SIXTH earl. - Nunh-huh 10:27, 19 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]
