Franz Konrad (SS officer) → Franz Konrad – I believe that this should be the primary page (it has far more views than "Franz Konrad (racing driver)". Right now "Franz Konrad" redirects to "Franz Konrad (racing driver)", which means that the current links on Wikipedia that link to "Franz Konrad" will have to be changed so that they link to "Franz Konrad (racing driver)". Perhaps the best solution would be to turn Franz Konrad into a dab page, where we would list the racing driver, the SS officer, and some partial title matches, such as Franz Conrad, Franz Konrad von Rodt, and Franz Konrad von Stadion und Thannhausen.
