No Original Research[edit]

I added the original research cleanup tag to the top of the article. If are not familiar with Wikipedia's policy on No original research, please read the article because the term, "no original research" has a unique meaning on Wikipedia. For example: "The prohibition against original research limits the extent to which editors may present their own points of view in articles."

Thus, statements such as the following in the Franklin Mint Precision Models article should either be removed or a reference should be provided for the assertion:

  • Franklin's execution, however, was not always the best.
  • One good Franklin Mint example was the Nash Metropolitan.
  • Hopefully, the clear plastic will hold up over time and not become discolored.

Please note that nothing I have written here is meant to denigrate the individuals who created this article. I wanted to learn more about the Franklin Mint's products, and I learned a lot reading this article!

The goal is to fine tune a good article and make sure it conforms with Wikipedia policies. Thanks!   - Mark D Worthen PsyD (talk) 04:57, 14 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
