Last Name[edit]

Why is Rossetti listed under her maiden name on here? Shouldn't she be listed under her married name instead?

I do not know why she is more commonly called Frances Polidori instead of Frances Rossetti (née Polidori). Perhaps to avoid confusion with his daughter Mary Frances (Maria Francesca Rossetti). Presenting my new proposal (which translates the Italian version, more developed than the previous one moved), I had some doubts but then it seemed better to keep the most widespread name. I know that my English is not good so I thank those who want to improve it in advance. --Giorgio Pietrocola (talk)

Mather Who?[edit]

"Mather" is first mentioned in the fourth paragraph of the Biography section, without any introduction or explanation of who Mather is or why the name is significant in connection with the Polidori/Rosetti family. This needs some clarification. rowley (talk) 19:53, 20 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Mather is a mistake. It refers to the religiosity of the MOTHER. Thank you --Giorgio Pietrocola (talk) 15:10, 19 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
