I would be happy to review this, but it looks like it is far from being ready for GA status. Important issues have been raised on the article's talk page and the nominator's talkpage and gone unaddressed, and the nominator has not been active since December.
Quick failing as the article "is a long way from meeting any one of the six good article criteria". In particular, the article fails verification with reliable sources. Quotes are cited to sources which do not contain them, there is a citation to another wikipedia article which is forbidden per WP:CIRCULAR, and the first two inline refs I checked to actual reliable sources not only did not support the claims made about Harper, they did not even mention her.
