Hi! You did a good job at explaining what is a founder CEO, and including examples as well. I would include some interesting statistics like the majority of founder CEOs either get replaced or have to step down, "54% had replaced founder CEOs" Source. Hi! Interesting topic you've chosen! A few things jump out in terms of getting this ready for mainspace:

  • As illustrated by the numerous, small sections, it's very disjointed... more of a collection of individual facts than an article that one would read from start to finish.
  • The lead section should be an overview of the entire article, and should be 1-4 paragraphs. If someone reads just that lead, they should have a clear idea of all the main topics that the rest of the article covers in more detail.
  • Section titles should not use title case; only capitalize the first word, unless it's a proper noun.
  • The Criticism section doesn't make sense to me.
