Provinces that presented the Prefectures of Hokkaido in 1882[edit]

In 1882, which provinces (and/or districts) of Hokkaido were replaced with Hakodate Prefecture, Sapporo Prefecture and Nemuro Prefecture? I've been trying to find specific references related with this, but nothing has been found yet whatsoever. jlog3000 (talk) 21:36, 11 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
