Authorization inconsistency[edit]

The article states that one of the termini selected in 1944 was I-40. The Interstate system wasn't created until 1956. Mapsax (talk) 17:03, 1 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Also US 441?[edit]

Signs on the part of US 441 (Great Smoky Mountains Parkway) between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge say Foothills Parkway: [1][2] I don't see anything on the Gatlinburg Bypass. --NE2 12:45, 22 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]
