Sunshine Law[edit]

I am a board member of an ROC , newly elected , i am told that if I want to hold aboard meeting to discuss budget goals I can only meet with three people , myself and two board members , there are seven board members , so I would have to have at least two meetings to cover the same topic , is that correct ?
