Merging the tram stop article[edit]

I suggest that Fitzalan Square Supertram stop be merged into this article. We currently do not have any other articles dedicated solely to a supertram stop, rather the stops, where mentioned at all, are covered in articles about the locale of the stop. I think that this is the right way to go as I don't think that tram stops are that much more notable than bus stops. JeremyA 17:29, 21 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Hiya, I've got no problem with this, I think it's a good idea. Thanks for your additions to the text. I've found out some more info regarding a third pub in the square in addition to the Marples and the Bell. This was the Elephant Inn, which I'm not old enough to remember but stood on the corner where Norfolk St used to enter the square, I can remember it as a Halfords shop in the 80s and apparently became a charity shop later on. Think it's empty now but will have to check next time I'm down there. Will add this to the history section. Regards Mick Knapton 21:18, 21 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]
