Nashville Gas Co.

Something need to be in this article about how Nashville Gas Company cut the gas off to Fisk years ago, which forced the deteriorating financial situation to be addressed and eventually at least partially corrected; also the Van Vetchen Gallery and the Steigliz Collection. Questioning the Honorable

I don't believe that it is proper to apply the term "the Honorable" to Mrs. O'Leary now that she is no longer a federal employee. Judges are called "the Honorable" for life, but appointed officials lose that title after they leave the position which gave them the right to be called "the Honorable." theHonorable high-and-mighty aristocratic GhostofSuperslum 16:09, 11 October 2006 (UTC) crazy people

Questioning Phi Beta Kappa Status

I'm pretty sure Howard University received it's status before 1952--so it would be inaccurate to say Fisk was the first black college to receive it. But I don't feel like looking it up right now. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 99.21.38.64 (talk) 15:26, 10 October 2009 (UTC)
