Notability[edit]

Favorable review in Sing Out! added. What more do you want for folksingers?Pustelnik (talk) 21:24, 12 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

There are twelve criteria points listed if you follow this link = Wikipedia:Notability (music)#Criteria for musicians and ensembles which of these points have been addressed? Please also note that by addressing I mean that the point is confirmed by citing a reference from a reliable source. You actually require "multiple non-trivial published works". Tough I know but notability is an important issue for bands. That's why we have WP:MUSIC. Sting_au Talk 22:19, 12 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
  • Well, you got 1,4,5 and 6, and the article says at least one criteria. I think Ian Robb was nominated for a Juno as well. Please seek advice from someone who knows touring singer-songwriters, or contemporary folk music.Pustelnik (talk) 14:50, 13 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Now passes WP:MUSIC. Notability template removed. Article would look nice with a picture don't you think? Don't forget if you upload a picture you need to get the free license for it. Sting_au Talk 23:30, 13 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
