History of Central School[edit]

The statement is made that the 1902 building became "inadequate" within 12 years, but no consequence of this development is noted. What is the point of that statement? In two words, so what?

External links to commercial entities inappropriate in an encyclopedia[edit]

I question the inclusion of links to purely commercial enterprises, viz. the Collective Works Gallery, the Fernwood Inn, Freedom Kilts, and "The Little Piggy...Went to Fernwood". They are wholly inappropriate in Wikipedia, amounting to nothing more than free advertising. Also the links to the Fernwood Neighborhood Resource Group, the Fernwood Community Association, and their respective newsletters, as well as that to the Fernwood United Football Club are of questionable usefulness to readers and inappropriate to Wikipedia. I propose removing these links unless someone can argue that they are essential to the Wikipedia discussion of the Fernwood neighborhood.
