Notability and sourcing[edit]

This living person's biography currently gives no clear indication as to notability on which to base a stand-alone article. Notability guidelines relevant to this subject include WP:BASIC criteria (substantial coverage by multiple, independent, third-party reliable sources) and alternative criteria at WP:ANYBIO and WP:ACADEMIC; WP:INHERITED notability is insufficient. The following links may be of help in finding reliable coverage that is substantially about this subject:

Should probably be deleted. FunkMonk (talk) 01:44, 18 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
I think the article should stay. He appears to have generated a large amount of interest in the news. His name brings up 174 articles in google news [1]. And he appears to be part of the Assad ruling circle based on the leaked emails and embassy cables.--Guest2625 (talk) 08:07, 18 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Due to the continued lack of reliable sourcing, I'm replacing the notability tag. Currently this article indicates he WP:INHERITs notability, which is not appropriate. Google hits are irrelevant. Only reliable sources are relevant. JFHJr () 18:52, 23 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
The article in itself should stay as far as NOTABLE comments be part of it. Without proper source attribution, those parts should be removed. 2A02:8388:1600:C80:BE5F:F4FF:FECD:7CB2 (talk) 16:01, 13 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Bias and Objectivity[edit]

Currently the article is biased and not objective. More than 50% are claims without sources. How can this be please? 2A02:8388:1600:C80:BE5F:F4FF:FECD:7CB2 (talk) 16:00, 13 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]
