Removed village list section[edit]

Removed the unwieldy, unreadable, and unencyclopedic section on villages. Also copy-edited the demographics section for pov--seems like there were a few peacock statements mixed in with the somewhat garbled text. It's still not a very good section; I'd fix it up, but I don't know anything about the groups being described, or where to look for sources.
