I think this page should flat out redirect to Flying Spaghetti Monster. The other acronyms are less known, and even lesser known in acronymatic form. FSM is an extremely common abbreviation for the creature, and I think the FSM has earned it's place in the public sphere. --dkkicks 2006, Nov. 1 15:30

I'd like to ask that the word "parody" is removed from the FSM description and that FSM links directly to Flying Spaghetti Monster seems as I highly doubt that Finite State Machine is searched for more than the Flying Spaghetti Monster.

Any sincere Pastafarian would be offended by the word parody. There may be some. I think that wikipedia shuld not be deliberatly offensive to followers of any religon however misguided they may be. Primary topic[edit]

To whomever is changing the article to use Flying Spaghetti Monster as a "primary topic". Please read MOS:DAB#Linking to a primary topic. Primary topic is only used when the page is of the format "X (disambiguation)". If you think this is justified, move this page to FSM (disambiguation) and redirect FSM to Flying Spaghetti Monster. I have no opinion regarding the move, my concern was technical. Since this seems to be disputable it should probably be taken to WP:RM. I think it would require administrator action anyway.
