Linkage evergreening and international trade law - very unclear

I am certainly not an expert in international law, but I am a reasonably informed person. However, I cannot follow the explanations in the several sections discussing international implications. There are many references to subjects without adequate explanation or links to subject laws, reports and sections thereof. Can this be fixed? Jornadigan (talk) 18:47, 4 July 2013 (UTC)

Agreed, I've just made some changes, but it still reads that Australian Govt (a) inserted a new section 26B, then (b) in response passed anti-evergreening amendments in Sections 26C and 26D. Which surely is nonsense... Snori (talk) 09:08, 5 April 2014 (UTC)
