I could not find this material in the reference so I have removed it to here. Please add back if proper reference can be found.

and "Crazy Man Crazy" the latter of which is acknwledged as the first rock and roll recording to make the American record charts when it was released in 1953. The label also released what may be the first 12-inch album of rock and roll music with its 1954 Haley compilation Rock with Bill Haley and the Comets.

I moved the weasel words tag to the top of the article so it didn't create a text block in the middle of a sentence. As the tag seems to relate to more than one sentence, it would appear not to matter that it heads the section rather than marking the specific wording. Euryalus 09:29, 23 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
