Bandage and tourniquet[edit]

I think we have conflated two devices here in one article - the Esmarch BANDAGE and the Esmarch TOURNIQUET. We describe both, leaving the reader with no real clue as to which one is meant. I think this requires an article split. I would propose keeping information about the triangular cotton bandage at this page, and moving other information about the tourniquet to Esmarch tourniquet.
