Merge proposal[edit]

I have recommended that 1985 (album) be merged into this article for lack of standalone notability. Discuss. Jo7hs2 (talk) 03:26, 31 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

i think the self-titled album should be a separate entry from the article about the band. The band and the album are not the same entity. --Gooup (talk) 16:34, 27 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

The mere fact that the album is self-titled, and therefore technically distinct from the band, does not establish notability. Please see WP:BAND and WP:Notability for Wikipedia's notability requirements. In this case, there do not appear to be sufficient third-party, reliable, non-trivial sources proving notability, and therefore the album article fails the notability requirements. As such, it should be merged into the band article. Not every album needs to have an encyclopedia entry. Jo7hs2 (talk) 17:33, 9 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Timeline[edit]

Someone please fix the code below and insert it into the appropriate space on the main page; I can't get the code to run right, and don't have the time right now to fix it. Sagerange (talk) 13:28, 22 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Never mind, fixed it and added it to the main page. Sagerange (talk) 01:13, 23 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]
