Merge to Spirit level[edit]

oppose Not enough content for own article? There's no mention of it being a stub and if we're being arbitrary about the measure - it fills my screen nicely!

The article is specific to one style and use of a spirit level, being on its own page allows the metalworking template to be included without distracting from the other uses of a spirit level.
