Dungeons & Dragons and Yu-Gi-Oh! characters[edit]

User:Mrodini2017 has repeatedly tried to add and re-add details of a Dungeons & Dragons character and a character from Yu-Gi-Oh! cards, neither of which currently has its own Wikipedia page. Their two most recent edits, made with no edit summary, have included links to Wikipedia pages which don't even have any mention of an "Endymion". I've reverted these edits once again: Mrodini2017, please can you discuss your rationale here for including these entries, before re-adding them? Thanks, ~dom Kaos~ (talk) 17:35, 30 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

@Mrodini2017: Wikipedia is a collaborative effort, and it's important that editors reach consensus. Your most recent edit to this page is supported by a wiki page, which fails Wikipedia's standard for reliable sources. Before reverting other people's edits, please can you start engaging in the discussion on this talk page? ~dom Kaos~ (talk) 11:01, 11 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Concerning Endymion Essence By Penhaligon's do you think it's sufficent the existent page of wikipedia about it? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Penhaligon%27s Endymion - 2003 Best Regards — Preceding unsigned comment added by Mrodini2017 (talkcontribs) 11:19, 15 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]

@Dom Kaos

I've found that citations has not to be insert in disambiguation page: so I will insert citation in related articles for Yugi oh Cards and anime characters. Same for Dungeons& Dragons Deities descriptions.

When not to cite[edit source] Shortcut: WP:WHENNOTCITE Citations are not used on disambiguation pages (sourcing for the information given there should be done in the target articles). Citations are often omitted from the lead section of an article, insofar as the lead summarizes information for which sources are given later in the article, although quotations and controversial statements, particularly if about living persons, should be supported by citations even in the lead. See WP:LEADCITE for more information.

Hello Mrodini2017. To answer your question about the perfume: no, it probably shouldn't have its own page. It's one product made by a very big company, and Wikipedia is not the place to include every single product made by such organisations. Have a look at the page WP:NRVE to give you a better idea about the sort of things that are notable enough to have their own page, and WP:NOTADVERTISING to help you understand more about how Wikipedia editors view pages about commercial products.
Could you also remember to sign your comments on these talk pages, by typing four tildes (~~~~) at the end. Regards, ~dom Kaos~ (talk) 12:01, 15 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Move discussion in progress[edit]

There is a move discussion in progress on Talk:Endymion (mythology) which affects this page. Please participate on that page and not in this talk page section. Thank you. —RMCD bot 23:30, 7 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Unmentioned characters[edit]

SasukeUchiha1738, please do not add any topics to this page that are not mentioned on Wikipedia; that is the bare minimum for inclusion. WP:DISAMBIGUATION pages are meant to guide readers who type in a title that may refer to more than one thing on Wikipedia to the article that has the information they want. If there is no article that describes the topic they're looking for then we do not include it on the page. It's that simple. The reasons why a topic may not appear in an article are irrelevant and do not make the entry any more valuable. -- Fyrael (talk) 20:19, 3 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]
