Sylvia Plath, The Bed Book[edit]

cut from the References section

Emily Arnold McCully illustrated the children's book written by Sylvia Plath titled The Bed book. It is the most whimsical piece by the poet, but the illustrations make it even more endearing. The writing and the pictures make it almost unbelievable that it came from the same tortured soul as Sylvia Plath. The illustrations are prize worthy.

per Sylvia Plath#Children's books that is The Bed Book (1976).
