Update on EU sustainable investment taxonomy[edit]

There is controversy around the EU decision to include nuclear electricity and natural gas as sources of energy allowable for sustainable investment. Austria and Luxembourg intend to litigate against the inclusion of these two energy types.

A basis for the litigation may be inferred from an article by Climate Action Network Europe.
