Would prefer a more local point of view[edit]

There are lots of references to foreign-based NGOs in this article. I would prefer to see less emphasis on them and more emphasis on the permanent residents, culture, and life of Dungu. They are equally important, if not more so. Can anyone do that? And by the way, what do you call people from Dungu in French? Dunguais?
