Mary[edit]

I just watched the movie and came to Wikipedia hoping for an explanation for the whole Dracula being after Mary bit. I feel that explanation should in the article, as well as the ambiguous ending. 72.231.146.106 (talk) 19:29, 17 July 2008 (UTC)E. Wilbur[reply]

"Dracula, for some unknown reason, restores Mary of her humanity before he is overwhelmed by sunlight". I guess he did so because he was finally going to die. He never intended to be a vampire and his restoring Mary probably came out of gratitude, compassion and ridding the world of vampires once and for all (or so it seemed). —Preceding unsigned comment added by Aurast (talk • contribs) 04:14, 22 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Who is Valerie?[edit]

The first mention of Valerie is in the plot section where is states:

Dracula and his three new brides, Solina, Lucy, and Valerie ...

Who is she? According to the plot, she just sort of pops into existence from nowhere. HairyWombat 01:17, 18 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
