I have added citations from Arden's obituaries to clear up any doubt as to what he was capable of. Their is much more which could be added, unfortunately. Philip Cross 02:47, 25 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Has another son[edit]

Richard Arden, to another woman. Can't find citations but know it as a fact. Notable at all? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 90.220.169.151 (talk) 13:56, 28 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Without secondary refs, doesn't matter much either way. Wwwhatsup (talk) 09:17, 30 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

He is Jewish[edit]

Don Arden is Jewish. In Ozzy Osbourne biography, he tells about Sharon Osbourne being Jewish. Sharon Osbourne is Don Arden's daughter. Thus, Don Arden is Jewish. Please don't remove that fact. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sharon_Osbourne#Early_life — Preceding unsigned comment added by 217.73.15.6 (talk) 09:36, 19 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Also, his childhood name, Harry Levy, is Jewish. Levy is a Jewish name. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 217.73.15.6 (talk) 09:38, 19 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Gene Vincent[edit]

Gene Vincent often commented about his bad relationship with Arden. On one of his final albums, for Karma Sutra label, he sang a song called "Our Souls", where he sings about "what a wonderful wonderful fish the sole is, what wonderful fish, are soles" (interesting, because he uses the British pronunciation, of 'arseholes', rather than the American, 'assholes'.) He finishes the song with a line of "are soles" and then ends with, "How's that, Mr Arden?" (37.31.60.66 (talk) 22:28, 8 June 2013 (UTC))[reply]

I hate that there is only one item under this heading, plus, if there is nowhere else to put the link to the Wiki Book, at least it should be aligned left. But I could not figure out how to get it to align to the left. Please help! Thanks.Simplysavvy (talk) 12:11, 26 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Slade in Flame[edit]

Apparently the character of the agressive manager “Ron Harding” in the film Slade in Flame is based on Don Arden. At present I can’t find proper citations for this. Design (talk) 06:44, 25 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]
