22-year-old Tampa rapper Dominique Young Unique is the up-and-coming star of rap. The only one. Nobody else is generating the same kind of enthusiastic fervor or has a reputation for turning every single gig into an everybody-is-having-the-most-fantastic-time-dancing-and-laughing-and-generally-being-great party.
