Confusing legal claims[edit]

I've changed Releases: In total Discodance released 117 cd-singles from the late 80's until the mid 90's. Eventually all of their releases we're withdrawn. This due legalty issues. The cd-singles we're printed on, what we call nowadays CD-R discs. At the time (in the mid 90's) people weren't able to download tracks from the internet, so CD-R's weren't sold in shops, but selling them as "official" cd's also wasn't aloud. On some auction-sites, you can still find some of the titles listed below. Their most rare releases are defintely from Kylie Minogue and of the Swedish singer Carola Häggkvist. All of the released cd-singles were officially licensed, so that had nothing to do with the fact the cd-singles were withdrawn.

Discodance made about 300 copies of every single. Because of the big quantity, it was simply impossible for Discodance to take all the printed singles back, to destroy them. Every single on Discodance can be considered as a "collectable".

Eventually all of their releases were withdrawn for copyright infringement. Discodance made about 300 copies of every single and were unable to recover each copy. As a result, every extant Discodance single can be considered a "collectable". Their most sought-after releases are from Kylie Minogue and the Swedish singer Carola Häggkvist.

I couldn't make sense of the legal discussion, so removed it.
