good faith edit for "domestic partner"[edit]

Using "domestic partner" to describe the gay partner is not correct. Sargent was proud of his gay relationship and a "domestic partner" does not necessarily mean a sexual partner so the term was wrong in that case so I changed it in good faith. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 47.150.249.19 (talk) 18:53, 16 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]

I have reverted the change. Domestic partnership is appropriate since their relationship was not simply sexual. RA0808 talkcontribs 19:10, 16 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Fanny Flagg, his “beard”?[edit]

“In 1975 Sargent appeared on the television show TattleTales, with Fannie Flagg as his ‘beard.‘ “

What’s that all about, and why is this unsupported comment in his Personal Life section? SheldonHelms (talk) 03:50, 27 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
