Is Bangladesh really a democratic country under Hasina's rule?[edit]

It is apparent that Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina failed to arrange fair elections in 2014 and 2018. Under her rulling, the government has violently repressed political opponents and critics, manipulating the law to arrest and imprison activists.
