The result of the move request was: Moved. If Sikhism's and Hinduism's Daya are not related, there is nothing to merge. (non-admin closure) © Tbhotch (en-2.5). 09:29, 1 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

– We currently have two articles based on the Sanskrit for "compassion", one for Sikhs, one for Hindus - this is really the same thing, but while we have two articles the base word should be a dab page. • Support. Daya in Sikhism isn't the WP:PRIMARYTOPIC of the term Daya.[1]--Cúchullain t/c 14:26, 17 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]
  • Oppose where is the article for "Daya" in Hinduism? The correct approach would be to merge that content to the current article about Sikhism. SSTflyer 10:59, 19 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Daya (Hinduism) is not part of Daya (Sikhism). There doesn't have to be a standalone article, please see WP:Disambiguation. In ictu oculi (talk) 11:34, 19 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]
this is really the same thing if so, WP:CFORKs should not exist. SSTflyer 03:46, 21 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Is it? Please look at our religion articles. In ictu oculi (talk) 06:27, 21 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]
More to the point, there are a number of other articles called "Daya", and this one isn't the most prominent among them.--Cúchullain t/c 13:33, 21 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Gorthian, did you mean support then?Cúchullain t/c 00:55, 24 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Oops, yes. Fixed. Thanks, Cúchullain! — Gorthian (talk) 01:01, 24 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]
