Missing Filmography[edit]

In the late 1980s or 90s, Cooksey was involved in a revival of the show “You Can’t Do That on Television”. The original show was made in Canada in the early to mid 1980s and was itself based upon the “Laugh In” variety show. The Canadian version was one of the most popular shows on the fledgling Nickelodeon network and it’s green slime (poured over the actors heads if they said the words “I don’t know”) became part of Nickelodeon’s early trademarks. In the network’s attempt to create original programming, Salute Your Shorts and an American version of You Can’t Do That on Television both featured Cooksey. The revival of the series was very short lived. I lack the ability to properly edit official pages, but I am hopeful somebody with the necessary skills can research and document this information and add it to the article. 98.235.68.109 (talk) 02:01, 19 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Sheriff[edit]

I removed the following as no reliable sources/references could be found.James Kevin McMahon (talk) 07:08, 10 June 2023 (UTC) In between Bad4Good and Lucy's Milk, Cooksey attempted to form another super group called Sheriff, which consisted of himself, his former Salute Your Shorts castmates Blake Sennett and Michael Bower, and his former Bad4Good bandmate Zach Young. The Sheriff project was abandoned when the band was unable to acquire a record deal.[reply]
