I'm just ( Afroz was here )wondering but can someone explain here on the talk page how this is a parody on the movie, "High School Musical"? I saw the movie "High School Musical", and also the trailer for dance flick. However, I do not see how this movie is a partial parody of high school musical. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 207.224.22.24 (talk) 08:33, 24 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Wikipedia says that this movie parodies HSM because the source (cited in the article) says it parodies HSM. It is entirely possible, of course, that the trailer of the film doesn't cover everything in the movie. - SummerPhD (talk) 16:06, 25 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]
The name of the school that the characters attend is called Musical High School. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 98.200.175.119 (talk) 22:50, 27 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

"What's wrong with you" He said and hit the girl right on her face. Better ask what's wrong with you? --85.150.124.156 (talk) 15:39, 18 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

"Parodies"[edit]

I'm not convinced Parodies (or Parodys) is the right work to describe the how this film borrows from other films. If the word "References" weren't already taken I'd recommend that. IMDB uses the phrase "Movie connections" but that doesn't seem ideal either. Is everyone else really happy with this wording or are we just stuck with it for lack of a more suitable alternative? -- Horkana (talk) 17:32, 27 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
