history of Brisbane dance music and hip hop project[edit]

in case this is a possible conflict of interest, I am working on a separate archive project for Brisbane dance music, hip hop & sound art communities (1987-2004). DJ Damage is one artist who was involved in the history of Brisbane's music — late 80s-current, though I can only find reliable sources for WP for 1994 onwards — I haven't checked many print publications yet. have mostly been checking online articles initially. I have met him, but I think his work in early Australian hip hop band and turntablism warrants a wikipedia page. for the archive project, I will be writing articles (on many artists), though I have tried to only include the referenced information here Kathodonnell (talk) 02:00, 18 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Home Brews Volume 2[edit]

it seems Home Brews Volume 1 was released in 1995. Home Brews Volume 2 was 1997. Rapcella lists vol2 as 1997 (http://www.therapcella.com/asp/releaseProfile.asp?Id=3), and http://angrybob666.wordpress.com/oz-hip-hop/ does also (a list of Australian hip hop releases). the original quote was from a forum so people's recollections must be incorrect (or they were referring to volume1) http://www.ozhiphop.com/forum/viewthread.php?fid=1&tid=25364&action=printable. using 1997 date Kathodonnell (talk) 00:07, 19 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
