Merge suggestion[edit]

I disagree with the merge. The topic of Tao is far too extensive for a single article, and the application of the principle of Way, even if represented by the same ideogram, is a significant subtopic in itself. This article needs to be developed on its own, as far more can be said about it than what is presently there. Haiduc (talk) 11:57, 16 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I support merging as a subsection of Tao. There is hardly any content here anyway, except for the long list of Japanese words that contain the character 道, which might be better spun off as a separate list-article. Cesiumfrog (talk) 01:25, 17 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]
