UCI BMX Racing individual qualifications spots for women.[edit]

Rather than Aruba, Latvia and Norway shouldn't it be Aruba, Latvia and Great Britain? I can't see who the Norwegian female rider would be. Drams707 (talk) 01:55, 2 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

The whole thing is messed up, the individual quotas are based off of the March 3rd 2020 rankings JoshMartini007 (talk) 04:33, 2 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Riders have to double up?[edit]

There is some rule that has been in place for several games now that means that some riders end up obliged to be in races that don't suit them: non-specialists in the time trial, trackies in the road race and so on. But I have never heard the rule explained or seen it written in any document. I think it is something like having a second competitor in the time trial does not mean that you can bring an additional athlete to the games, but I am not sure. If anyone can source this and cite it in the qualification part of the article I for one would be very grateful. Kevin McE (talk) 11:09, 23 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Fixing referencing errors[edit]

I've again reverted recent changes to this article due to the incorrect use of the {{OlympicsQualificationCaveat}} template. The usage presets undefined reference errors that are visible in the "Referneces" section of the article. The errors are caused by incorrect parameters for the "sport=" parameter in the template. The template documentation says that the sport given must be one of those listed in {{International sports federation link}}.

I've fixed the referencing errors by renaming the reference anchor names used in the article to match those generated by the templates. However, the templates are still using the wrong parameter names, wihch makes this construct seem fragile at best.

What is the correct way to fix the errors and apply the templates? -- Mikeblas (talk) 19:37, 4 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]
