NOTICE TO ALL THE PUBLIC, GOVERNMENT AGENCIES (HONORABLE MINISTER OF HOME AFFAIRS - GOVT. OF INDIA, NEW DELHI; THE JOINT SECRETARY OF FREEDOM FIGHTER REHABILITATION MINISTERY OF HOME AFFAIRS LOK NAYAK BHAVAN, NEW DELHI; THE UNDER SECRETARY - REHABILITATION AND ENEMY PROPERTY - JAISELMER HOUSE - MANSINGH ROAD, NEW DELHI; CUSTODIAN OF ENEMY PROPERTY FOR INDIA; ALL PROSPECTIVE BUYERS OF KISHORI COURT AND OTHERS.

Please note that I have not given any Power of Attorney, Hibanama or any other authority to Mr. Shamim Ahmad, S/o. (late) Quadeer Ahmad OR Anyone else.

I don't know Mr. Shamim Ahmad and I have NEVER seen him or talked to him, he is a total stranger.

I have also not taken any deposit or Earnest Money from any party neither have I signed any M.O.U. with any party.

I have not sold, encumbered or transferred any rights for Kishori Court.

Since the year 2003 till present my attorneys have put many public notices stating the above facts.

I am the genuine Tony Ullah and the true owner of Kishori Court (Vested custodian of Enemy Property).

Due to the concern that some parties may fake my identity or misuse my information I will only provide information to serious parties as stated below.

In the event a genuine and valid party is interested in Kishori Court and satisfies all my and my lawyer's requirements then I would consider showing all my documents ie., Passport, my Birth Certificate, school records , Original Transfer Deed, Letter of Administration and other such documents. Many reputable lawyers and other persons in India can positively identify me. I also know tenants of Kishori Court and some of them are known for many years.
