Unsourced quote "access to the mental space targeted by advertisers should be taxed"

There is a lengthy uncited, unattributed quote in the article. Searching the exact text yields a number of results (although many of them seem to be mirror sites). It appears in a handful of pages; this article is the most promising source. Still, the text quoted is substantial and I don't want to add that URL as a citation arbitrarily, since I'm not convinced it is the original source -- parts of the text also appear elsewhere, and it's hard to sort out who is plagiarising from whom (or is it all the same author?)

Even if the source can be verified, in my opinion much of the quote should be paraphrased anyway. Thoughts? --Arzg (talk) 00:54, 27 May 2017 (UTC)
