Previous PROD and deletion[edit]

Note that this article was deleted in May 2007 under WP:PROD. The reason given was "Wikipedia is not a dictionary." At the time, since the article consisted of nothing more than a one-line definition, this probably seemed justified. However, this is an interesting and noteworthy topic, being a class of crime applied to numerous situations, and also by being a crime unique to South African law. I hope that my start to the article has shown that there is more than just a legal term here, and that the article can grow into something larger and more informative.
