Fair use rationale for Image:Contcirc 02.png[edit]

Image:Contcirc 02.png is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 21:44, 2 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Correction[edit]

Corrected grammatical nightmare under "Racing Hazards" - "...then they will crash, and or explode, costing several seconds.", and took out unwanted comma earlier in sentence. DanTheShrew (talk) 10:11, 27 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Licensed from U.S. Navy?[edit]

Does anyone know why (or what) about the game was licensed from the U.S. Navy as it says in the opening screen? It boggles the mind.--172.190.160.139 (talk) 07:21, 9 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

It mentions US patent 4021846, for a "liquid crystal stereoscopic viewer",[1] so my guess is that it's for the flick-screen 3D glasses used by some of the cabinets. A bit of googling reveals that the original research was for 3D glasses for a naval flight simulator intended to teach pilots how to land on an aircraft carrier. -Ashley Pomeroy (talk) 18:05, 30 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Mistranslation section[edit]

This brief section is beyond confused. The first sentence tells us that the game was meant to be entitled "Continental Circuit" while the very next sentence tells us that it was, indeed, intentionally titled "Continental Circus". Obviously, both can't be true, but I know not which is.--172.162.212.212 (talk) 07:24, 7 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]
