Re-Write 2022[edit]

This article was previously a list of conventions, largely without citation, I have re-written it entirely and added further content and relevant current constitutional activity. I have focused on operational conventions, any addition of conventions in abeyance would be valued - I am considering adding a table of operational/in abeyance conventions if possible.
