COI[edit]

@SamJohnston: added the {{COI}} and I can only assume that it was in reference @Swandove:'s involvement. If this were today, the editor would have been required to follow the COI guidelines. The article has changed significantly since April 2010. I have restored the template after it was removed because there was no discussion here, but unless anyone thinks it's still an issue, I will remove it by the weekend. WP:V[edit]
