Biased language[edit]

Parts of this article read like advertising copy: "These numbers continue to grow as Civica moves from a start-up to a well-established societal asset, serving more patients every day." Phrases like "well-established societal asset" aren't appropriate for an encyclopedia, at least not without lots of evidence sources. This phrase doesn't have any.
