Possible GDP Error[edit]

The article lists the 2022 GDP of Chicago as $832.9 billion, but on the contrary, the Bureau of Economic Analysis lists the 2022 GDP of Cook County as $417.6 billion. Is this erroneous information?

Latinos in Chicago[edit]

There is virtually no mention of Latinos presence in Chicago. This should be in the demographics section. I'd be happy to add in the more than hundred years of history into this section. Urban historian88 (talk) 07:10, 19 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Sure, just remember to cite your text to WP:Reliable sources.
(Also, there is an article Mexicans in Chicago and perhaps others to add to or you might want to create other such articles, too). -- Alanscottwalker (talk) 18:00, 6 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Move page[edit]

I think this page should be moved to "Chicago, Illinois" because other cities include the state in the title. CyberTheTiger (talk) 15:04, 6 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Wikipedia generally follows Associated Press practice of dropping the state for the largest/most-well-known 10 to 20 cities (I forget the number). Alanscottwalker (talk) 17:48, 6 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
