Strangely, French Wikipedia claims her to be French: Charlotte Alexandra est une actrice française née en 1955.
And German wiki has her also as french, but without a year: Charlotte Alexandra (* Ende der fünfziger Jahre) ist eine französische Filmschauspielerin.
