Correction Re Last Ellinis Australia-Britain voyage[edit]

Aticle says "A similar fate befell Ellinis in 1973, when she was taken off the declining UK-Australia liner service and reassigned for cruising on European waters.[9]" but this is not correct. I was on board Ellinis on 51N or 52N (Vogage 51 or 52 Northbound) departing in Feb 1975 from Melbourne, via Wellington, Tahiti, Panama, Curacao, Azores, Vigo, Southampton. The ship carried on to Rotterdam without passengers. It was still Chandris Lines, not Cruises at that time. I was on board as the world's youngest radio officer. Incorrect Years[edit]

The article says -1974 and 1974- but in early 1975 it was still Chandris Lines. The change would have occured likely later in 1975, not in 1974.

Carina II[edit]

Carina II was renamed Carina already in 1967 (as seen in the photo).--Wolfgang Fricke (talk) 11:56, 18 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
